Friends Have A Patron The Friends of Bedfont Lakes Country Park are very pleased to announce that the Lord Bilimoria of Chelsea has agreed to become our honorary patron. Lord Bilimoria is perhaps best know as the founder of the very popular Cobra Beer Company, but he is also the Representative Deputy Lieutenant of the London Borough of Hounslow. Trustees of the Friends were able to thank Lord Bilimoria for his patronage at a reception following the Remembrance Day service held in Feltham.

Friends’ Chair, Christine Waters said “We approached Lord Bilimoria to be our honorary patron as we believe that his personal qualifications are of such a nature that they will help, through association, to promote the image of the area and bring general benefit to the country park. Lord Bilimoria immediately offered his help with our fund raising bottle tombola stall at the Ashford On The Map Fair in December by donating a substantial number of bottles of a selection of Cobra Beers.
